At Steam Irons, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund of the purchase price if you return the item within 30 days of purchase.
Return Guidelines:
- Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your appliance as soon as it arrives. Check for any defects or discrepancies from the product description.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- Return Process: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide you with the necessary information and address for the return.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions:
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
